DUBOIS – A 52-year-old DuBois man, Chris L. Turner, has been accused of rape, reported the state police at DuBois.
According to state police, Turner allegedly committed unwanted sexual acts against the victim. Turner allegedly committed the acts between Feb. 1, 2013 and Feb. 1, 2014 when the victim was 14 years old.
Turner has been charged with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and related charges through the district court, state police said.
