DUBOIS – The WhiteWave Foods Co. purchased its Oklahoma Salem Road property and buildings more than two years ago and opened its facility in December of 2014.

WhiteWave Foods currently employs more than 50 people at its DuBois facility. It is the first WhiteWave facility to produce its yogurt line of products, according to Plant Manager Andy Morris.

This product line includes an Aussie-style dairy-based yogurt called Yulu; a pouch variety dairy-based yogurt called Bonza; and a soy-based yogurt called Silk. All three yogurt varieties are taken from raw ingredients to packaged product at the DuBois facility.

WhiteWave Foods is currently utilizing part of the existing building complex for all of the manufacturing and office needs, with potential plans to expand into other building spaces, said Morris.

WhiteWave Foods produces many other well-known products, such as International Delight creamers, Earthbound Farms bagged salads and Horizon Organic milk at its other facilities.

WhiteWave Foods is headquartered in Colorado.
