CLEARFIELD – The Riverfront Project is still making headway at the soon to be Raftsman Memorial Park.
The terraced seating area is completed and the steps down to the river have been poured, as well.
While looking across the river from Witmer Park, people can see the landscaping that has been completed on-site.
An arch way entrance is being constructed at Raftsman Memorial Park.
