HOUTZDALE – State police at Clearfield are continuing their investigation into an alleged indecent assault incident that occurred around Sept. 14 at the State Correctional Institution at Houtzdale.
According to state police, an inmate alleged that he was sexually assaulted by another inmate. During the incident, the victim said the accused allegedly grabbed his private area and pulled his pants down.
The victim also said that the accused allegedly attempted to perform a sex act on him.
