A group of gamers representing the “Primitive Me” Gift Shop in Clearfield sports a “Pac Man” group costume theme at the annual Halloween Parade Tuesday night. Held by the Kiwanis Club, this year’s parade theme was “Hotel Transylvania.” Prizes were given for best group costume, best individual costume, best float and for the costume that best captures the parade’s theme.
