Nursing Students Help Out with Special Olympics

CLEARFIELD – On Oct. 10, part-time practical nursing students at the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center spent the day helping with the Special Olympics Bocce Ball tournament held in Clearfield.

The students distributed information and answered questions regarding basic health and wellness, including healthy eating, hydration and dental hygiene, as well as taking blood pressures for those attending the tournament.
