Charlotte M. London, 74, of Rockton died Saturday, Oct. 17, 2015 at Christ the King Manor. Born Dec. 1, 1940 in DuBois, she was the daughter of the late Earl O. and Effie May (Korb) Smith.
On July 4, 1958, she married Charles “Bud” London. He survives.
She worked for the JC Penney Company for 21 years.
She was a lifetime member of the Salem United Methodist Church. She enjoyed reading, crocheting and playing on her computer.
She is survived by three daughters, Charlene E. Davis and her husband, James of Rockton, Cindy G. Hilliard and her husband, Randy of Alexis, NC and Cheryl L. Walburn and her husband, Thomas of Greencastle; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Charles and Allen Smith.
There will no public visitation.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, at the Salem United Methodist Church with Pastor Rick Howe officiating.
