Employers and health insurance issuers now required to report health insurance coverage

The Patient Protection Affordable Care Act created new reporting requirements under Internal Revenue Code sections 6055 and 6056. Employers will soon realize new reporting is needed to complete the 2015 tax year; the reporting will be done on forms 1094 and 1095.
