Cheryl A. Puit, 55, of Middleport, NY, and formerly of the Clearfield area, died Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2015 in Graham Township.
Born Aug. 20, 1959 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of Donald and Shirley (Smeal) Lippert.
Mrs. Puit had worked in the custodial department. She also did crafts at a nursing home, was a homemaker and had been a representative for Avon and Tupper Ware.
On May 12, 1978, she wed John Puit, who survives.
She’s also survived by her mother of Lockport, NY; three children, Jessica Landers and husband, Nick of Middleport, NY, Stephanie Beyer and her husband, Charles III of Lockport, NY and Joshua Puit and his girlfriend, Emily Woodworth of Niagara Falls, NY; and two step-sons, John Puit and his girlfriend, Kelly Esposti and Michael Puit.
Also surviving are eight grandchildren, Alyssa, Nickie, Charles IV, MacKenzie, Cassidy, Brayden, Destiny and John Jr.; two great-grandchildren, Cameron and Ava; two sisters, Valerie Hetherington of Newfane, NY and Pamela Lippert of Lockport, NY; and three nephews Chris, David and Robert.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Memorial services for Mrs. Puit will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home Inc. of Curwensville with the Rev. Thomas Holt officiating.
Friends will be received from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
