The State College Spikes took their sixth consecutive victory and held on to the New York-Penn League Wild Card lead as Carson Cross, Max Almonte and Tyler Bray combined to shut out the Brooklyn Cyclones on five hits in a 2-0 win on Thursday night at MCU Park.
