Dailyn Martinez contributed another quality start on the mound for the State College Spikes, and a four-run fourth inning helped keep the Spikes within a half-game of the New York-Penn League Wild Card lead as they defeated the Mahoning Valley Scrappers, 5-3, on Monday night at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.
