Amanda L. Smith, 28, of the Osceola area has been located, according to state police at Clearfield.
DECATUR TOWNSHIP – State police at Clearfield are attempting to locate Amanda L. Smith, 28, of the Osceola area of Decatur Township.
Smith hasn’t spoken with anyone from her family since 5 p.m. July 20, state police said.
