HARRISBURG – Pennsylvania State Police have announced troopers seized more than $34 million in heroin, marijuana and other prohibited drugs in the second quarter of 2015.
In the second quarter of 2015, troopers seized more than 80 pounds of heroin and more than 64 pounds of cocaine with a combined approximate street value of more than $30 million.
In addition, state police seized more than five pounds of methamphetamines valued at more than $240,000. Troopers seized more than 797 pounds of marijuana with an estimated value more than $2.3 million.
In 2014, the state police seized more than $107 million in prohibited drugs.
