The nominations for the 67th Emmy Awards were announced Thursday.
The nominees for best drama series are “Mad Men,” “Orange Is the New Black,” “Game of Thrones,” “House of Cards,” “Better Call Saul,” “Downton Abbey” and “Homeland.”
The nominees for best comedy series are “Modern Family,” “Veep,” “Transparent,” “Silicon Valley,” “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt,” “Parks and Recreation” and “Louie.”
The nominees for best actor in a drama series are Jon Hamm (“Mad Men”), Kyle Chandler (“Bloodline”), Kevin Spacey (“House of Cards”), Bob Odenkirk (“Better Call Saul”), Liev Schreiber (“Ray Donovan”) and Jeff Daniels (“The Newsroom”).
The nominees for best actress in a drama series are Viola Davis (“How to Get Away With Murder”), Taraji P. Henson (“Empire”), Robin Wright (“House of Cards”), Tatiana Maslany (“Orphan Black”), Claire Danes (“Homeland”) and Elisabeth Moss (“Mad Men”).
The nominees for best actor in a comedy series are Jeffrey Tambor (“Transparent”), Louis C.K. (“Louie”), Matt LeBlanc (“Episodes”), Don Cheadle (“House of Lies”), Anthony Anderson (“Black-ish”), Will Forte (“The Last Man on Earth”) and William H. Macy (“Shameless”).
The nominees for best actress in a comedy series are Julia Louis-Dreyfus (“Veep”), Amy Poehler (“Parks and Recreation”), Lisa Kudrow (“The Comeback”), Amy Schumer (“Inside Amy Schumer”), Edie Falco (“Nurse Jackie”) and Lily Tomlin (“Grace and Frankie”).
The nominees for best limited series are “Olive Kitteridge,” “American Horror Story: Freak Show,” “American Crime,” “Wolf Hall” and “The Honorable Woman.”
The nominees for best reality competition program are “The Amazing Race,” “The Voice,” “Dancing With the Stars,” “Project Runway,” “So You Think You Can Dance” and “Top Chef.”
Uzo Aduba (“Orange Is the New Black”) and Cat Deeley (“So You Think You Can Dance”) announced the nominations Thursday.
The 67th Emmy Awards are scheduled to air on September 20 on Fox. Andy Samberg will host.
