Exhibit entry forms are due to the fair office by July 24. There are many departments in which one can enter including livestock, vegetables, fruits and nuts, home and dairy, floral, needlecraft, arts, crafts and photography.

There is also the PA Preferred Baking, Angel Food and Blue Ribbon Apple Pie Contest. The Culinary Contest features Ethan’s Café Amazing Appetizers, Neeper’s Sweet Treats Sticky Buns, Fun Central Kids Cupcake Decorating, King Arthur Flour Baking contests and the Bee Kind Winery Amateur Wine Competition.

The premium book, which outlines all departments and rules, can be viewed in its entirety on the fair’s official Web site. Entry forms can be printed from the Web site or submitted online.

Exhibits are to be placed in their respective buildings on the Saturday and Sunday prior to the fair. Unfortunately, poultry entries will not be accepted this year due to the Department of Agriculture’s suspension of all avian competitions due to a threat of a highly pathogenic avian influenza.

The fair has a limited number of openings for non-food vendors available. Inside and outside spots are available. For more information on setting up a vendor booth at the fair, please call 814-765-4629.
