Mancuso Accused of Threatening Ex-girlfriend Via Text Message
DUBOIS – A DuBois man is accused of making threats against his ex-girlfriend.
According to an affidavit of probable cause filed with District Judge Patrick Ford’s office June 28, Matthew Eugene Mancuso, 38, 118 N. Second St., DuBois, is charged by the DuBois City police with harassment following an incident June 28.
Commissioners OK CDBG Modifications, Contribution to Decatur Twp.
CLEARFIELD – On Tuesday the Clearfield County Commissioners approved Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) modifications that will allow the Burnside Borough Community Building and Office to become more handicapped accessible.
LT Supers Announce Possible Increases in Sewer Surcharge
CLEARFIELD – Lawrence Township Supervisor Ed Brown announced at last night’s meeting that the township may have to raise the sewer surcharge rates due to increased costs from the township’s share of fines issued to Clearfield Municipal Authority from the state Department of Environmental Protection, plus engineering fees and residents’ lack of cooperation in fixing the sewer collection system problems.

Keith Accused of Reporting False Theft
DUBOIS – A Brockway man stands accused of allegedly reporting a theft that never happened.
According to an affidavit of probable cause filed with District Judge Patrick Ford’s office June 29, Devin Michael Keith, 28, 45 Keith Ln., Brockway, is charged by the Sandy Township police with filing false reports.
