Police: Man Taken into Custody for Allegedly Threatening to Cut Up Roommates

DUBOIS – A man was taken into custody for allegedly threatening to cut up his roommates during an incident Saturday, reported the DuBois City police.

According to the report, police were dispatched to North High Street, where a man was allegedly in possession of a knife and threatening his roommates. Upon arrival to the scene, police took him into custody.

Upon investigation police found the man had allegedly threatened to cut up and cook his roommates. Police allegedly observed knife marks on the door to the bedroom that his roommates had locked themselves in.

Police allegedly located a knife on the man who had provided a false name. Upon determining his true identity, police learned the man had two, extraditable felony warrants in Virginia.

Police subsequently transported the man to the Clearfield County Jail to await arraignment.
