Kate Hudson sings national anthem, and more celebrity July Fourth spirit

Actress Kate Hudson got into the July Fourth spirit by posting a video on Instagram of her belting out “The Star-Spangled Banner.”

She’s got moxie, for sure, but she acknowledged in the caption that her kids “are going to be so embarrassed.”

How did other celebrities celebrate Team America on social media? Actress Eva Longoria dropped Someecards wisdom and suggested that we “take a break from complaining about America to celebrate America.”

Country singer Tim McGraw suggested we gives thanks to all the heroes and veterans “who help provide our freedom.”

Others, such as Shaquille O’Neal and Cindy Crawford, paid homage to the flag by sharing images of themselves in some form of red, white and blue.

Using his alter ego Pee Wee Herman, actor Paul Reubens kept it simple: “Happy Independence Day!!! I love the United States! Proud to be an American!”
