CLEARFIELD– The C Clearfield Rotary club honored Dennis Shaffner of Rockton as their Citizen of the year.
Shaffner, a retired school teacher, is President of the Clearfield County Historical Society. He recently led the society through a capital campaign project to acquire and develop a history research center for the county.
According to Rotary President, Jack Woolridge, “Dennis has been a leader all his life.”
