CLEARFIELD–Surveillance has just been released in a hit and run accident on East Market Street.
According to the report, the incident occured on May 13, 2015 at approximately 5:20 p.m. in a parking lot at 110 E. Market Street.
The video shows a dark-colored Chevy backing out of a parking space and striking a light-colored Ford Fusion. According to information provided, police believe the driver to be female.
