Earthquakes rattles Alaska

A moderate earthquake struck west of Willow, Alaska, on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage.

The 5.7-magnitude quake was located some 64 miles (103 kilometers) west of Willow, and roughly 78 miles (125 kilometers) west-northwest of Anchorage, the USGS said. Its depth was estimated at 65 miles (105 kilometers).
