DUBOIS – District Judge James Hawkins, sitting in for District Judge Patrick Ford of DuBois, presided over preliminary hearings Friday.
Charges against the following defendant have been withdrawn
- Richard Allen Supenia, 51, an inmate at the Holidaysburg State Correctional Institution, had been charged by the DuBois City police with false identification to law enforcement and theft by deception.
Sufficient evidence was presented to bind charges against the following defendant to the Clearfield County Court of Common Pleas for further disposition.
- Theodore Walter Wells, 27, DuBois, is charged by the DuBois-based state police with criminal mischief, assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. A warrant has been issued for Wells’ arrest.
The following cases were continued.
- Eric Allen Clinton, 23, DuBois, is charged by the DuBois-based state police with criminal mischief, assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. A hearing is scheduled for June 24, and bail has been set at $5,000 unsecured.
- Charlene Lynn Hoch, 28, Punxsutawney, is charged by the DuBois-based state police with assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. A hearing is scheduled for June 24, and bail was set at $5,000 unsecured.
- Sarah Marie Hook, 24, DuBois, is charged by the DuBois-based state police with assault and harassment. A hearing is scheduled for June 24, and bail was set at $5,000 unsecured.
The following defendants have waived their right to a preliminary hearing. Their cases will be sent to the Clearfield County Court of Common Pleas for further disposition.
- Brandy Marie Patino, 27, an inmate at the Jefferson County Prison, is charged by the DuBois City police with false identification to law enforcement. Bail was set at $2,500 unsecured.
- Patrick Stephen Doska, 25, DuBois, is charged by the Sandy Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecure.
- Justin Steven Aughenbaugh, 35, Clearfield, is charged by the DuBois-based state police with DUI, careless driving and one summary traffic charge. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
