Gerald P. Valimont, 72, of Clearfield died Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at his residence.
He was born June 18, 1942 in Clearfield, a son of the late Clyde P. and Agnes M. (Folmar) Valimont.
He was a member of the St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield.
He is survived by four sisters, Kathryn Norris and her husband, Reuben and Mildred Maines and her husband, Jerry, both of Clearfield, Rosemary Robison of St. Marys and Jane Dusch of York and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Marjorie McCloskey.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield, with Sam Maines officiating.
Burial will follow in the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Frenchville.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
