CLEARFIELD – A 65-year-old Clearfield man, Ronald J. Timko, has been arrested for aggravated assault, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, according to Clearfield Borough police.
Police received information about an alleged assault victim being treated Tuesday night at the Clearfield Penn Highlands Hospital. Upon investigation police determined the alleged victim was assaulted during a domestic disturbance on Cemetery Road.
The alleged victim, a 64-year-old Clearfield woman, sustained injuries to her head and arm, police said. When police spoke to Timko, he admitted to causing the alleged victim’s injuries.
Timko has been arraigned by Magisterial District Judge James Hawkins. His bail was set at $25,000 unsecured, according to police.
