Charlotte A. Huber, 79, of Philipsburg died Thursday, May 14, 2015 at the Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College.
Born July 14, 1935 in Osceola Mills, she was the daughter of the late Elwood and Josephine (Carson) Latz.
She married John C. “Jack” Huber on Feb. 13, 1954 in Houtzdale; he preceded her in death on Aug. 8, 1994.
Mrs. Huber was of the Christian faith. She retired as a secretary from Charles Navasky & Company in Philipsburg. She was a 1953 graduate of the former Osceola Mills High School.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a twin son and a brother, Elwood Latz.
She is survived by a son, John Steve Huber and his wife, Brenda of Philipsburg; a sister, Linda K. Ballosh and her husband, Frederick W. “Butch” Ballosh of Osceola Mills; two grandchildren, Alison Kephart and John R. Huber; and a great-grandson, Easton Robert Huber.
The funeral service will be held at 5 p.m. Monday at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Osceola Mills, with Pastor Jennifer C. Heikes officiating. Burial will be at the American Legion Cemetery in Brisbin.
Friends will be received from 3 p.m. until the time of service Monday at the funeral home.
