Dream big or go home.
So far in 2015, the top Google searches for internships are for some highly-respected and well-paying gigs, according to data provided by the search engine to CNNMoney.
Internships at tech giants Google and Facebook are in the top ten. Both are known for challenging interns and offering opportunities to do work that has a real-world impact.
Those interns are also handsomely rewarded. A software engineering intern at either place could earn more than $6,000 a month, according to Glassdoor, a jobs and career site.
People are also searching for the prestigious White House internship, though it’s an unpaid gig.
Pay isn’t everything. More people have Googled for NPR internships, which pay about $10 an hour, than ones at Goldman Sachs which pays at least double that.
