State police at Clearfield
- An accident occurred Tuesday on the Kylertown – Drifting Highway in Cooper Township. James M. Dillen of Drifting was traveling south and a deer was on the roadway. Dillen attempted to swerve; however, he failed to maintain a proper speed and slid sideways in a counterclockwise rotation. His vehicle exited the roadway on the west berm, hitting a ditch before striking and knocking over a tree. Dillen was charged with multiple traffic violations through the district court, state police said.
State police at DuBois
- An incident of disorderly conduct occurred Tuesday on Smithtown Road in Washington Township. During the incident, a known juvenile male allegedly left his parents’ residence without permission and refused to return home. He allegedly entered a vehicle with friends and refused to advise his parents of his whereabouts, his destination or who he was with. The juvenile, state police alleged, continued to be defiant with his parents and police. Several officers from multiple agencies were involved in locating the juvenile.
- The cause of a garage fire remains undetermined after occurring Monday on Apple Orchard Road in Winslow Township. Two vehicles were inside the garage at the time of the fire; damage is estimated at approximately $100,000, according to state police. The fire remains under investigation at this time, state police said.
- An accident occurred Monday on Cameron Camp Road in Washington Township. Danielle M. Satterlee of Reynoldsville was traveling south when her vehicle traveled off of the roadway and struck a ditch.
State police at Philipsburg
- On Tuesday, a wallet was found in the area of North Front and Laurel streets in Philipsburg Borough. The wallet was turned into state police at Philipsburg; state police contacted the owner and returned the wallet.
Lawrence Township
- Police responded to a minor traffic accident on Mill Road.
- Police received a report about a traffic violation on River Road.
- Police received a report about a suspicious male at a River Road business.
