Annette E. Butz, 71, DuBois died Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Christ the King Manor.
Born April 24, 1943 in Neville Township, she was the daughter of the late Lee and Annette E. (Elder) Caton. She was the youngest child of 16 children.
She retired from the Brockway Glass Co. after many years of service. After her retirement, she worked at the DuBois Harley Davidson shop.
She enjoyed playing bingo, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Lisa Snyder and her husband, Clyde and Wesley Heverley, both of DuBois, and Jesse Stretch of Clayton, NC, and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by numerous brothers and sisters.
There will be no public visitation.
A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
