Edwina C. Ford, 72, of Philipsburg died Monday, April 6, 2015 at her home.
She was born Dec. 1, 1942 in Clearfield, the daughter of Robert L. and Ruth M. (Wood) Wisor.
Ms. Ford was a homemaker.
She is survived by six children, Joyce Holden and her husband, Vance of Horntown, Va., Wendy Routch of Harrisburg, Jackie Jordan and her husband, Don of Kissimmee, Fla., Teresa Irwin and Rhonda Myers, both of Philipsburg, and Richard Irwin and his wife, Stephanie of Williamsburg, Va., 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Nylene Casher and her husband, James of Tioga.
Ms. Ford was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert L. Ford, on May 22, 2008; a son, Brent A. Irwin; a grandson, Austin Irwin; a granddaughter, Tresca Jordan; and two sisters, Allegra Kopelock and Linda Weber.
Honoring Ms. Ford’s wishes, there will be no public visitation or services. Burial will be in Bradford Cemetery.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association, 444 Liberty Ave., Suite 1300, Pittsburgh, PA 15222-1207.
