WOODLAND – The Allegheny Spay & Neuter Clinic now has dog and cat grooming available as a pet service at the clinic.
Grooming services available include bath, brush, clip, nail clip, expressing anal glands and matt removal.
This new service will offer grooming to pet owners who may not have been able to access this for their pets.
The Allegheny Spay & Neuter Clinic/Animal Welfare Council is a non-profit 501(c)3 and located at 1380 Shawville Hwy. in Woodland beside the Woodland Post Office.
Other services offered at the clinic include low-cost spaying and neutering to the public and area animal organizations.
Canine services include rabies vaccinations, bordetella and DHLPP vaccinations, fecal testing, parasite checks, deworming, flea/tick prevention products, nail trims, microchipping, ear cleaning, private euthanasia and Clearfield County Dog License.
Feline services include rabies vaccinations, FVRCP vaccinations, feline leukemia testing, fecal testing, parasite checks, flea/tick prevention, nail trims and private euthanasia.
These services are offered Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. and no appointment is needed.
When necessary, staff at the clinic will make referrals to local veterinarians for diagnostics, treatment and follow-up of other medical issues identified.
