The male said, “Get your clothes off and get in the back room,” the alleged victim told police. When he walked towards her, she recognized the male as Dimmick and called him by name; after conversing with her, he left the alleged victim’s business.
The alleged victim told police that at approximately 11:30 a.m. March 4, Dimmick returned to her business. When he noticed no one was inside the business, he allegedly locked the door behind him, saying, “Now, let’s go in the back room.”
