Kathleen Fowler, 62, of Altoona and formerly of Morrisdale and Osceola Mills, died Sunday, March 8, 2015 at UPMC, Altoona.
Born Jan. 25, 1953 in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of the late Harry Sr. and Marie (Blasko) Snedden. She is survived by her fiancé, Tim Daugherty of Altoona.
Ms. Fowler was Roman Catholic by faith. She had been employed with various businesses in the Philipsburg area. She lastly worked as a teller at the M&T bank in Houtzdale until her retirement. She was a 1971 graduate of the West Branch High School.
In addition to her fiancé, she is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Robb and her husband, James II of Philipsburg and a son, Russell Fowler III of Cromwell, Conn.
She is survived by three sisters, Mary “Mickey” Yarian of Sharpsville, Margaret “Punch” Read and her husband, Don “Packy” of Morrisdale and Susan Bloom of Hyde and two brothers, Robert “Bob” Snedden of Port Matilda and Harry “Buddy” Snedden and his wife, Sandy of Stroudsburg.
She is also survived by two granddaughters, Jazlynn “Jazz” and Karley Robb, both of Philipsburg, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home in Philipsburg with Deacon Dennis Socash officiating.
Friends will be received from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
