BRADFORD TOWNSHIP – No injuries were reported after an accident involving a freightliner occurred Tuesday on Interstate 80 at mile-marker 124 westbound in Bradford Township, reported the state police at Clearfield.
Daljit Singh, 32, of Sacramento, Calif., was traveling in the right-hand lane when he lost control of his freightliner. It traveled off the right berm, through the guiderails and down an embankment, state police said.
Singh wasn’t cited for the accident due to the icy roadway conditions. He was wearing his seatbelt; he wasn’t injured. Towing services assisted at the scene, according to state police.
