Eleanor Pecosh, 81, of Clearfield died Thursday, Feb. 12, 2015 at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born Oct. 26, 1933 in Yatesboro, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Anna Lucas Radomsky.
Mrs. Pecosh was a homemaker. She was a member of the St. John’s Orthodox Church, Hawk Run.
She was a 1951 graduate of the Beccaria-Coalport-Irvona High School in Coalport. She was also a graduate of the Altoona Business School, Altoona.
She was married to Thomas Pecosh on Aug. 12, 1961 at the St. Mary’s Church in Brownsville. He preceded her in death on Sept. 21 1996.
Mrs. Pecosh is survived by a daughter, Annjane Ross and her husband, Andy of Clearfield; a son, Thomas M. Pecosh and his wife, Krista of Philipsburg; and two grandchildren, Andrew and Johnathan Ross of Clearfield.
She is survived by two sisters, Anna M. Ogden of Clearfield and Jane Woolridge and Clate Husted of West Decatur; a brother, Jack Radomsky and his wife, Karen of Allport Cutoff, Morrisdale; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Pecosh was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the St. John’s Orthodox Church, Hawk Run, with the Rev. Father Peter Benyo as celebrant and Protodeacon Emil Gulick assisting.
Burial will be at the St. John’s Orthodox Church Cemetery, Hawk Run.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. Monday at the church. A Panachida Service will be held at 10 a.m.
