Christine Millinder, current Chief Deputy Register of Wills, has announced her candidacy to replace her boss, Kimberly A. Barton, who will be retiring at the end of 2015.
Millinder has served the residents of Centre County in the office of Register of Wills for 28 years. She is trained in every aspect of the office and desires to put that experience to work as Centre County’s next Register of Wills. Millinder served as a Deputy Register under the current Register of Wills as well as the former Register, the late Roger A. Bierly.
Millinder has received the public endorsement of the current Register, Barton, to succeed her in office.
Millinder is an active member of Faith United Methodist Church. She and her family live in Bellefonte.
