CLEARFIELD – Lyle Millard of the Clearfield County Solid Waste Authority addressed the authority’s board vacancies during Tuesday’s commissioners’ meeting.
He requested the commissioners act swiftly to fill the CCSWA’s board vacancies. The commissioners agreed to accept letters until 4 p.m. Feb. 2 and to take action at the work session Feb. 3.
The commissioners said that letters of interest can be submitted via e-mail or at their office. Anyone with questions can contact the CCSWA or the commissioners’ office, said Commissioner Mark B. McCracken.
Millard said the purpose of his request was to have the board’s vacancies filled prior to the CCSWA’s special meeting in February.
