John Thomas “Slink” Miller, 64, of Lebanon and formerly of Osceola Mills, died Monday, Jan. 5, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon.
Born June 2, 1950 in Philipsburg, he was the son of the late William R. and Verna (Socash) Miller. Mr. Miller was of the Christian faith.
He worked in the shipping department for Farmers Pride Inc. in Fredericksburg and had received his GED. He loved to shoot darts and to use the computer.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Gloria Kephart.
Mr. Miller is survived by three sisters, Catherine Timchak and her husband, Ron of Suffolk Va., Marjorie Winters of Philipsburg her husband, Ralph and JoAnne Butterbaugh and her husband, Jesse of Osceola Mills and a brother, Robert L. Miller of Sandy Ridge.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Heath Funeral Home in Osceola Mills with Pastor Jennifer C. Heikes officiating. Burial will be at the Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills.
