DECATUR TOWNSHIP – A 63-year-old Philipsburg man was flown to Altoona after he was found intoxicated Thursday on Lilly Lane in Decatur Township, reported the state police at Clearfield.
According to the report, the man allegedly arrived at Lilly Lane so intoxicated that he passed out. A resident, state police said, contacted 9-1-1 and emergency personnel responded to the scene, where the man had a body temperature of 86 degrees.
The man was subsequently flown to Altoona for treatment. He was also charged with public drunkenness through the district court, state police said.
