Janet Sarah Timko, 79, of Morrisdale died Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2014 at DuBois Penn Highlands Hospital, DuBois.
Born Sept. 8, 1935 in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of the late Sarah Dullen.
Mrs. Timko was affiliated with the Protestant faith. She was a homemaker.
She was married to Andrew Timko of Morrisdale.
She’s survived by four sons, John W. Timko and his wife, Esther of Osceola Mills, Andrew L. Timko and his wife, Judy of Morrisdale, Kenneth L. Timko of Shippensburg and Danny J. Timko and his wife, Lisa of Zion.
She’s survived by her sister, Mae Merritt and her husband, James of Morrisdale; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Strange & Weaver Funeral Service, Morrisdale, with Pastor Lee Casher officiating.
Burial will be in the St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Cemetery, Hawk Run.
Friends will be received from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. Sunday and from 10 a.m. Monday until the time of services at the funeral home.
