CLEARFIELD – Grace Smith, an Architectural and Mechanical Drafting and Design Technology student at the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center, had the winning design for the SkillsUSA T-shirt. Every year students who sell a certain amount of cookie dough for the SkillsUSA fundraiser receive a T-shirt.
