Janet Ann Jones, 70, of Houtzdale died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014 at Penn Highlands Clearfield. Born July 28, 1944 in Rhode Island, she was the daughter of George and Florence (Olivier) St Pierre.
She was employed as a secretary for the Clearfield High School until her retirement.
She’s survived by her companion, Wayne Blake of Houtzdale; a son, Richard Joseph Jones and his wife, Christine of Clearfield; five step-children, Kevin Blake and his wife, Terry and Nora Grager and her husband, Edward, both of Houtzdale, Terry Blake and his wife, Linda of Texas, Bonnie Weakland and her husband, Jeff of Warriors Mark, Pam Deluccai and her husband, Mike of Curwensville; and 12 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Scott Jones. She was the last of her generation.
Friends will be received from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Friday followed by the funeral service at 8 p.m. with Pastor Kevin Howie officiating.
