Delores R. ‘Dodie’ Hatten, 72, of Curwensville died Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014 at the Ridgeview Elder Care and Rehabilitation Center, Curwensville.
She was born Sept. 28, 1942 in Clearfield, a daughter of Carl Hatten of Brookville and the late Martha (Danvir) Hatten.
She graduated in 1960 from the Curwensville Area High School. She had been employed at the DuBois Hospital in the pharmacy department.
She was quite an accomplished painter. She was a member of the St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, Grampian.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her six brothers and sisters, Norman Hatten and his wife, Sandra, Joanne Nelen and Judith McCombs and her husband, Edward, all of Grampian, Terry Hatten and his wife, Tammy of Curwensville, Patricia Litz and her husband, Monty of Spring Valley and Karen Hatten of Clearfield and several nieces and nephews.
All services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in the St. Bonaventure Cemetery, Grampian.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to American Cancer Society, 26 S. Second St., Clearfield.
