(CNN) — A car bomb exploded in northern Lebanon Monday causing a “number of injuries,” that country’s state-run National News Agency reported.
A “booby-trapped car” exploded near a mosque and government building in the town of Arsal, near Lebanon’s border with Syria, the news agency said.
Additional information was not immediately available.
