State police at Clearfield
- A hit-and-run accident occurred Thursday in the parking lot of the Alley Popper Restaurant in Woodward Township. Further, the operator of a vehicle side-swiped the driver’s side door of another vehicle and then fled the scene. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police at Clearfield at 814-857-3800.
- An incident of public drunkenness occurred Thursday outside of the Alley Popper Bar in Woodward Township. During the incident, a 26-year-old Morann man allegedly caused a disturbance and was asked to go inside the bar. A short time later, he allegedly came back outside the bar, causing a disturbance. The man, state police said, was highly intoxicated and placed in the Clearfield County Jail.
- An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime Nov. 21-22 on Williams Street in Graham Township. During the incident, someone allegedly damaged the rear window of the victim’s vehicle. Damage was estimated at $200. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the state police at Clearfield at 814-857-3800.
State police at Philipsburg
- An incident of disorderly conduct occurred Wednesday at the Geisinger Medical Center. During the incident, a 43-year-old Osceola Mills man was parked in front of the center. He thought a group of younger males who were walking into the center had done something to his vehicle. He allegedly followed them inside and started yelling and cursing at them. An employee approached him, asking that he stop cursing and engaging in an argument inside the center. The male allegedly proceeded to yell and curse at the employee while other patients were in the waiting area.
State police at Ridgway
- An incident of theft occurred Wednesday at Alpha Sintered Metals in Ridgway Township. Further, the victim reported that her cellular phone went missing at the plant. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the state police at Ridgway at 814-776-6136.
- An incident of retail theft occurred Monday at the Wal-Mart store in Fox Township. During the incident, two male juveniles entered the electronics department. One allegedly removed an HP Stream Notebook that was on display, while the other acted as a lookout. Charges, state police said, were filed against both males.
Clearfield Borough
- Police received a report about a domestic dispute on Turnpike Avenue. Further, a son and mother allegedly engaged in a verbal argument. It was noted that there wasn’t any physical contact between them.
- Police assisted with a patient who was allegedly causing problems inside an ambulance.
- Police received a report about a child custody issue. Further, a child refused to go with a parent.
- Police responded to a vehicle lockout on West Market Street.
- Police responded to the hospital for a 19-year-old intoxicated female who was allegedly causing problems. Police assisted staff at the scene. The female, police said, was later transported to the Clearfield County Jail.
- Police responded to the JG Food Warehouse for a hit-and-run accident.
- Police handled a parking complaint along East Cherry Street.
- Police responded to an accident along Ogden Avenue. No injuries were reported and one vehicle was towed from the scene, police said.
- Police received a report about an alleged domestic dispute between a mother and her 17-year-old daughter on West Pine Street.
