DUBOIS – Charges are currently pending against a 31-year-old Brockway man who was found with two infants and cans of duster after a motor vehicle accident Saturday, according to the Sandy Township police.
According to the report, police were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on the Rich Highway in the vicinity of Hawbakers. Upon arrival police found that the vehicle had left the scene and pulled onto Larsen Drive.
When police approached the vehicle, a man exited and presented himself in a manner that caused suspicion that he was under the influence. Police also located two infants sleeping in the back seat of the vehicle and cans of duster in plain view.
The man was unable to pass field sobriety testing and was placed under arrest; the children were released to their mother. Charges are currently pending at this time, police said.
