CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield County Career & Technology’s Joint Operating Committee honored Tonya DeVecchis-Kerr, Moshannon Valley School District, for her service as superintendent of record in 2013 and 2014.
“Her guidance and insights were invaluable to the committee and the direction of the school, and we wish her well in the future,” stated JOC members.
The committee will be welcoming Dr. Jill Dillon of Harmony School District at the December Joint Operating Committee meeting as superintendent of record for 2015.
