State police at Clearfield
- An incident of retail theft occurred Sunday at the Dollar General Store in Houtzdale Borough. During the incident, four known juveniles entered the store and allegedly concealed a 24-ounce Monster energy drink inside of their jackets and left without paying. The incident, state police said, remains under investigation at this time.
- An incident of theft, fraud and forgery occurred sometime between June 4 and Oct. 18 on Good Street in Houtzdale Borough. During the incident, someone allegedly gained access to the victim’s driver’s license and purchased two cellular phone accounts with Verizon. Then, they allegedly ran up a large amount on the account and had the phones disconnected. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact state police at Clearfield at 814-857-3800.
State police at DuBois
- The investigation is continuing into an incendiary fire that occurred Monday at 116 E. Park Ave., DuBois. Further, someone allegedly entered an unoccupied residence and attempted to start a fire at multiple, different areas. Damage, state police said, was estimated at $10,000. State police at Philipsburg
- An accident occurred Monday on the Tyrone Pike in Rush Township. Further, a vehicle was traveling northbound in the vicinity of Sandy Ridge when a deer entered the roadway. The deer subsequently struck the right, front passenger’s side door, causing a dent and smashing out its glass. No injuries were reported, and the vehicle was driven from the scene, state police said.
- An incident of domestic-related harassment occurred Saturday on South Eagle Valley Road in Huston Township. During the incident, a 34-year-old man and the victim allegedly engaged in a verbal argument that turned physical when he “head-butted” and slapped her. State police said the man was cited through the district court.
State police at Ridgway
- An incident of theft occurred sometime between Nov. 7 and Monday at the Ridgway Commons. During the incident, someone allegedly removed 48 commemorative American National Park quarters that belonged to a Ridgway man. The value of the quarters was $172.56, state police said.

- Police received a report about an alleged domestic dispute on Robinson Avenue.
- Police received a report about a deer that was struck by a vehicle and on the roadway near Kwik Fill. The deer was gone upon police arrival.
- Police received a report about a minor accident in Golden Rod.
- Police received a report about a theft that was found to be civil in nature.
