Dixie L. Henry, 71, of Clearfield died Monday, Nov. 10, 2014 at the Penn Highlands Clearfield.
She was born Nov. 27, 1942 in Philipsburg, the daughter of Blair C. and Myrtle A. (Whited) Reese.
She worked at Subway and PCN Nutrition preparing Meals on Wheels.
She’s survived by two children, Christopher Henry and his wife, Lesa and Melissa Henry and her companion, Jeff Voss, all of Clearfield; eight grandchildren, Jimmy Lorson, Joseph “Joey” Lorson, Nicky Lorson, Joshua Henry, Joell Henry, Joshua Voss, Jordan Voss and Tara Lansberry and her husband, Cory; and a great-granddaughter, Madison Lansberry.
She’s also survived by a brother, Blair Reese and his wife, Pat of Curwensville; a sister, Virginia Youstic and her husband, Anthony of Kylertown; a nephew, A.J. Youstic; and a son-in-law, Nichols J. Lorson of Clearfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Frederick “Fred” James Henry, whom died July 16, 2008 and whom she married Nov. 4, 1960; and a daughter, Lisa Lorson.
Honoring Mrs. Henry’s wishes, there will be no public visitation or services.
