CLEARFIELD – On Oct. 25, the ABATE Chinklacamoose Chapter, Curwensville Moose Riders, the Glory Riders, Tri-County Harley Owners and the Clearfield Cycle Club combined for a ride and presented the Clearfield Salvation Army with toys for its upcoming Christmas toy distribution.

“The bikers/riders gave us a great day,” said Major Sharon Harford, corps officer of the Salvation Army in Clearfield.  “They presented us with $5,000 in toy purchases made at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Clearfield.

“…We were blessed by the bikers/riders. I want them to know how very much all the toys they donated are appreciated. We look forward to this event every year.”

The Salvation Army will continue to collect toys throughout the Christmas season for distribution in December.  For more information contact the Salvation Army at 814-765-4981.
