Media Auction Set for Nov. 12

CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield Chamber of Commerce Media Auction is set for Nov. 12 at the Lock Haven University Clearfield campus.

This will be an opportunity for area businesses and organizations to purchase marketing and advertising at greatly reduced prices.

The Media Auction will be an event that features numerous area radio, television and print outlets, as well as many more companies.

Some of these packages will be from Action Graphics, Eagle Haven, First Media Radio, GantDaily.com, Jim’s Sports Center, Starr Hill Vineyard & Winery, The Recreation News Media Group, wOK!w 102.9 and many more.

Members have donated various packages to enhance a company’s advertising and marketing plans. Attendees will have the opportunity to preview the offerings during a social hour after which an auction will be held for the various items.

Attendees will also have the chance to meet the donating companies after at the auction.

Chamber organizers are confident that this event will give those in attendance an opportunity to reduce their 2015 marketing and advertising budgets. Each package is also designed to fit anyone’s advertising budget.

Those attending the event are encouraged to arrive at 4 p.m. for the social hour with light refreshments. The auction will begin at 5 p.m. featuring Auctioneer Pat Errigo.

The Clearfield Chamber looks forward to being able to provide area businesses and organizations with an avenue to reduce the cost of advertising and marketing in 2015.
